myTV SUPER User Referral Program
Terms and conditions:
- The promotion period of myTV SUPER User Referral Program is from 13 Nov 2025 to 31 Dec 2025, both dates inclusive (the “Promotion Period”). The referrer is only applicable to existing myTV SUPER registered customers, and the referee must be a new customer who has registered to designated Smart TV service plan.
- Referee is only eligible to participate in this referral program if referee has installed the myTV SUPER Smart TV App on a brand new Smart TV device and log in to pair with a newly registered account (i.e., the Smart TV App has never been installed or used on this TV device before). Referee is also required to complete 5 days of check-in^ in the Smart TV App within the first 14 days from the start of the pairing service. Both you and your referrer will receive 1 movie redemption ticket for free. Movie redemption ticket can be redeemed video in myTV SUPER TVOD (excluding movies in the “Early Access” category). Redemption tickets are valid for 1 month. Gifts are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last.
- During the promotion period, referrer who successfully recommends a referee subscribes designated plan described in clause 1 and completes the mission described in clause 2 will receive a referral gift. Please refer to below referrer gift details:
- •1st referral: 1 x TVOD movie redemption ticket
- •2nd referral: 1 x myTV Gold 1-Month Pass
- •3rd referral: 1 x limited edition tvbuddy blind box
- Regarding plan detail, please refer to details listed in subscription page.
- The referrer can refer more than 3 referees to get accumulated rewards. The above lists out rewards for the 1st to 3rd referrals, including gifts for both the referrer and the referee. The more referrals, the greater the rewards. If the referrer successfully refers the 4th to 6th referrals, they will still receive the same gifts as the first three referrals, and so on. The promotion has a limited quota and available on a first come, first served basis.
- Referrer gifts / redemption notice will be sent out about 2 weeks after the end of the promotion period, after the referee completes the mission specified in clause 2. In the event that the gift specified becomes unavailable for any reason, MyTV Super Limited reserves the right to replace it with an item of similar value. The gift suppliers are solely responsible for the quality, availability and warranty of the products supplied, and MyTV Super Limited has no liability for the quality, availability and warranty of the same. Any dispute or complaint in respect of the gifts should be directed to the relevant gift suppliers.
- myTV SUPER service is only eligible for persons aged 18 or above and available for use in Hong Kong and Macau.
- myTV SUPER service is provided by MyTV Super Limited (“Company”) subject to the "myTV SUPER Terms of Service" (www.mytvsuper.com/en/tos) which Company reserves the right to modify any part from time to time.
- MyTV Super Limited reserves the right to suspend, vary or terminate (all or any part of) the above offer or amend the relevant terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In case of any dispute, MyTV Super Limited reserves the right of final determination.
- These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
